Jonathan Jones for District Court Judge - Second Judicial District

As an Assistant District Attorney I have sworn an oath of office to support, maintain and defend the Constitution and to administer the criminal laws fairly and impartially. As your District Court Judge I will continue to hold myself accountable to you in defending our great Constitution and insuring the administration of law in our courts is fair, impartial and just.

The things I value most are my faith, my wife and children, and in seeking that justice is served as I fulfill my duties as an Assistant District Attorney. As District Court Judge for the Second District I will apply those values to protect and preserve the rights and liberties of all people. I pledge to you, the voters, that I will work hard each day to faithfully serve the people of Beaufort, Hyde, Martin, Tyrrell and Washington counties with the same principles of honesty, integrity and justice that I strive to keep at the center of my life. - Jonathan Jones
